The company was founded by Denise Grumbt and Dr. Alexander Mohrenschildt, both of whom have extensive experience in management consulting, tax law and structuring companies.
Denise Grumbt is an expert in international management and has worked as a project engineer in the aerospace industry for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in managing projects and developing processes that improve business efficiency and effectiveness. She also has experience working with international teams and executing projects in multiple countries.
Dr. Alexander Mohrenschildt is an expert in internationalization topics related to tax law and also provides these services within the IVS Group (Liechtenstein and Switzerland), thus rounding out the services offered by Spaceangels Consulting. Denise Grumbt and Dr. Alexander Mohrenschildt recognized that there is a potential for companies to optimize their processes and projects, to consider tax issues in internationalization and to expand internationally, and that there is a need for expertise in these areas. Therefore, they decided to combine their expertise and found Spaceangels Consulting.
The founders of Spaceangels Consulting have shown that it is possible to build a business by offering expertise in a specific area and responding to the needs of clients. I work closely with my clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions based on their specific goals and challenges. My goal is to help companies successfully expand internationally and achieve their goals.
